HR EXECUTIVE

About the role

Responsible for managing daily HR operations, recruitment, employee administration and payroll processing. The role also supports HR compliance, employee development and various HR initiatives to ensure smooth and effective HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee records, leave, claims and HR administration
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
• Prepare HR letters including offer, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer , contract renewal and etc
• Handle end-to-end payroll processing, statutory contributions and payroll-related matters
• Maintain HRIS/payroll records and ensure accuracy of employee information
• Coordinate staff training and HRD Corp (HRDF) grant applications and claims
• Assist with performance management, annual salary review and bonus exercises
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment and statutory requirements
• Support HR projects, employee engagement activities and other HR matters as assigned
• Actively liaise and follow up with various departments to collect, compile, and maintain necessary documents and records

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR field and payroll experience
• Good knowledge of Malaysian payroll, statutory requirements and HR practices
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and HRIS/payroll systems
• Meticulous, organized, independent and able to meet deadlines
• Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
