HR executive

About the role

Mortgage Advisors Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support our growing team. You will play an important role in our recruitment and HR operations, from sourcing and engaging potential candidates to coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires and supporting employee engagement initiatives. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is organised and resourceful, and would like to develop a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage job postings across various recruitment platforms and channels.
• Source and screen potential candidates for suitable positions.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and develop a healthy recruitment pipeline.
• Explore new recruitment channels and initiatives to attract suitable talent.
• Participate in recruitment events, career fairs and other talent acquisition activities.
• Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new hires.
• Prepare and maintain employee documentation and HR records.
• Assist with employment contracts, letters and other HR-related documentation.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, sales or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with and engaging candidates.
• Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common digital productivity tools.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
