Job Title: HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and support the growth of our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR processes, and daily HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Handle hiring for various digital marketing roles such as Content Writers, SEO Executives, SEO Senior Executives, Social Media Executives, Performance Marketing Executives, Graphic Designers, and other creative/marketing profiles.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
• Post job openings on job portals, manage candidate databases, and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Conduct initial candidate discussions, salary negotiations, and coordinate interview processes.
• Manage employee joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance records, and leave management.
• Handle monthly attendance tracking and coordinate payroll inputs.
• Support salary discussions, increments, appraisals, and employee-related queries.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, and workplace guidelines.
• Monitor employee engagement activities and support a positive work culture.
• Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain compliance with HR documentation and company policies.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee feedback cycles.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS related to recruitment, attendance, and employee records.
• Coordinate with employees for smooth HR operations and internal communication.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as an HR Executive/HR Generalist.
• Experience in recruitment, employee management, and HR operations.
• Good understanding of hiring processes for digital marketing or creative industry roles will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Positive attitude with strong people management skills.
