Ujin Pharma Limited is a Mumbai-based company engaged in the import and distribution of specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical raw materials across India.

Position: HR Executive
Experience: 2–4 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and exit processes.
• Manage employee records, attendance and leave.
• Coordinate monthly payroll and salary inputs.
• Prepare employee letters and HR documentation.
• Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate performance appraisals and confirmations.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and other statutory compliance.
• Maintain HR reports and MIS.
• Manage overall day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; HR specialization preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
• Strong communication and employee-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage HR activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
