HR EXECUTIVE

About the role

At Champion Precision Technology Sdn. Bhd, we are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our dedicated team. This full-time position will be based in Johor Bahru, Johor and will play a crucial role in supporting our company's ongoing human resources initiatives.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes

2. Prepare and process employee documentation (contracts, letters, etc.)

3. Maintain HR records and employee database

4. Support on boarding and induction programs

5. Assist in payroll, leave, and attendance management

6. Handle employee queries and support HR policy compliance

7. Assist in HR-related audits, reports, and statutory filings

8. Handle basic employee queries and provide administrative support to HR team

9. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

   What we're looking for

10. Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field

11. Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience

12. Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices

13. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

14. Good communication and interpersonal skills

15. Able to handle confidential information with integrity
