Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Part-Time HR Executive to support our team with recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and candidate screening.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and source candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate communication and interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups.
• Maintain employee and candidate records.
• Assist with onboarding and documentation.
• Coordinate with team members regarding attendance, leave, and work updates.
• Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and documentation.
• Previous HR/recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Compensation

₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and responsibilities.
