HR EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR and administrative matters.
• Manage employee records, personal files and HR documentation.
• Assist in recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and alignment with the company's strategic goals
• Coordinate new employee registration and resignation/termination procedures.
• Assist with payroll preparation, attendance, overtime, leave and other employee-related matters.
• Handle foreign worker-related matters, including work permits, documentation and renewals.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
• Liaise with government agencies and relevant external parties when required.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation for management.
• Handle employee enquiries and assist in resolving HR-related issues.
• Support management in other HR and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
• Experience in payroll and attendance systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, responsibly and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
