HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team and support payroll, statutory compliance, HR operations, and employee-related matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and has strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll and employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
• Manage payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, commissions, incentives, and other adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings within the required deadlines.
• Maintain employee records and process HR transactions including new hires, promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, and resignations.
• Manage employee payroll and benefits enquiries and provide timely support.
• Coordinate with Finance on cash payroll arrangements and salary distribution.
• Assist with employee relations and labour-related matters.
• Ensure employee and payroll information is maintained accurately and confidentially.
• Perform other HR duties as assigned by the superior.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements.
• Good understanding of the Employment Act and labour regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Info-Tech Payroll/HR System is an advantage.
• Strong numerical, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
