What they need
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide support in manpower handling for different departments.
- Maintain manpower in all departments in night shift.
- Handle contractor, identify manpower requirements in each departments.
- Coordinate housekeeping management activities as needed.
- Ensure daily manpower report verification .
- Manage attendance and leave records accurately.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in manpower handling, PF, ESIC, and housekeeping supervision.
- Can Work in 10 or 12 Hours shift.
- Able to stay in company till 10 PM for manpower settlement and verification.
- Strong understanding of HR MIS systems and ability to generate reports as required.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with various departments.
