HR Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interview coordination, selection, and joining formalities.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and HR records.
• Maintain attendance, leave, biometric, HRIS/Veracross, and employee databases.
• Coordinate probation, confirmation, appraisal, increment, and payroll activities.
• Manage training/workshop coordination and employee engagement activities.
• Support expatriate visa/FRRO documentation and related formalities.
• Coordinate employee exit, clearance, and exit interview processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments and support the Senior HR Manager in HR operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 25 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
• Good knowledge of HR processes, documentation, HRIS/HRMS, and MS Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in a school/educational institution will be an advantage.
