• Finding, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for open roles.

• Onboarding and Orientation: Integrating new hires into the company culture and setting up their initial training and tools.

• Compensation and Benefits: Administering payroll, health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

• Performance Management: Setting performance metrics, handling appraisals, and guiding promotions.

• Training and Development: Organizing skill-building workshops and career growth programs.

• Employee Relations: Resolving workplace conflicts, addressing grievances, and maintaining a positive culture.

• Compliance and Safety: Ensuring company policies and labor laws protect both the business and its workers.

• Legal Compliance: Ensuring the company follows local, state, and federal labor laws, safety rules, and employment standards.

• HR Strategy and Administration: Utilizing data, analytics, and software systems to plan workforce needs and support business goals.
