HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and other HR activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

Assist in maintaining attendance, leave, and other HR records.

Prepare HR reports and maintain the HR database.

Coordinate with different departments to support HR operations.

Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

0–1 years of experience in HR or a related field.

Candidates who have completed an HR internship are also welcome to apply.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote work environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
