Our client "RIFENG MALAYSIA SDN. BHD." is seeking an HR Executive (人事专员) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?   

• Employee Engagement & Events — Plan and organise corporate culture events, team-building activities, and internal employee engagement initiatives that bring people together and celebrate the team.
• HR Administration Support — Assist in payroll administration, benefits tracking, attendance management, and HR documentation to ensure smooth and accurate day-to-day HR operations.
• Internal Communications — Drive internal communication campaigns that foster a positive, energetic team culture and keep employees informed and connected.

Who are they looking for?   

• Educational Background — A minimum of SPM qualification with Grade B or above in Mathematics (or equivalent) is required; a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Open to All Experience Levels — Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply, particularly those with a genuine interest or exposure in HR functions including employee relations, payroll administration, and HR documentation.
• Language Proficiency — Fluency in both Mandarin and English (oral and written) is required, as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• HR Experience (Advantageous) — Prior HR internship or working experience in employee relations, compensation & benefits administration, or HR operations would be an added advantage.
