Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, maintaining employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and candidate screening
• Conducting interviews and coordinating with candidates
• Employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintaining attendance and employee records
• Managing day-to-day HR activities
• Employee communication and coordination
• Supporting payroll and leave management
• Maintaining a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to handle recruitment independently
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
