HR Executive

Our Client:

• Engineering Services (Government Sector)
• Mon-Fri, Office Hours
• Kent Ridge
• UP $3500 + Variable Bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee data updates, retirement and re-employment processes
• Administer leave management, employee claims and billing matters, scholarship-related support, and coordination of HR events and logistics
• Participate in HR audits, system enhancements, user requirement gathering, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
• Identify and resolve HR process or system-related issues with relevant stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent
• Min. 1 year of relevant work experience in HR administration
• Knowledge in SAP-HR is preferred
