HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database and recruitment pipeline
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners
• Ensure vacancies are filled within the required timelines
• Support bulk recruitment requirements based on operational needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of recruitment/HR experience in the UAE
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Experience in bulk recruitment and manpower/labor supply industry is highly preferred
• Good knowledge of the UAE recruitment market
• Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and other channels
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets within deadlines
• Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
