HR EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the full spectrum of human resources functions for our growing F&B restaurant chain. The successful candidate will work closely with outlet managers and management to support recruitment, employee administration, payroll, work pass matters and day-to-day HR operations across multiple outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of HR administrative functions for employees across multiple restaurant outlets.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, job offers and onboarding.
• Work closely with outlet managers to fulfil manpower requirements and support recruitment for both local and foreign employees.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, salary adjustment letters, warning letters, resignation acceptance letters and other HR-related correspondence.
• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files and HR system information.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation and exit clearance.
• Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate computation of salaries, overtime, allowances, incentives, deductions and other payroll components.
• Handle CPF, SDL, FWL and other statutory contributions and submissions where applicable.
• Administer employee attendance, working hours, overtime, leave and medical leave records.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related matters for foreign employees, including Work Permits and SP.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience; experience in the F&B, retail, hospitality or multi-outlet environment will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and MOM requirements.
• Experience in payroll processing and foreign worker/work pass administration is preferred.
• Familiar with CPF, SDL, FWL and other statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
