HR Executive – Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation and day-to-day HR activities in a real estate company.

Key Responsibilities:

Real estate sales team ke liye recruitment and hiring karna.

Candidates ko screening, calling, interview scheduling aur follow-up karna.

New employees ka joining, onboarding aur documentation manage karna.

Employee attendance, leave aur payroll records maintain karna.

Sales executives aur other staff ke saath regular coordination.

Employee performance aur daily work-related issues ko coordinate karna.

Offer letters, appointment letters aur other HR documents prepare karna.

Job portals, social media aur recruitment channels par vacancies post karna.

Employee records aur HR reports maintain karna.

Management ko recruitment aur employee-related updates dena.

Office ki day-to-day HR & administrative activities handle karna.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Recruitment and employee handling skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.

Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Real estate sales recruitment ka experience preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred; relevant freshers may also apply.

Pay: ₹11,031.89 - ₹33,134.80 per month
