Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in HR Compliance, Payroll Management, and Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of statutory compliance, payroll processing, employee documentation, and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy of salary calculations.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, salary, and other HR records.
• Manage statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, TDS, and other applicable requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company HR policies.
• Maintain statutory registers, employee documentation, and HR reports.
• Coordinate with employees and management for HR-related matters.
• Support onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, and HR documentation.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and other compliance requirements.
• Stay updated with changes in HR policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HR Compliance and Labour Laws
• Hands-on experience in Payroll Management
• Good understanding of Recruitment
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, TDS and statutory compliance
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Eligibility

• Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
• Candidates with hands-on experience in Compliance + Payroll + Recruitment will be preferred.
• Candidates should be willing to work from Barwala.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
