What they need
Description
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Manage end-to-end payroll calculations, including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, statutory contributions, and final salary
Ensure compliance with relevant Malaysian labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment legislation and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other related
Prepare payroll reports, reconciliation, and management reports
Handle payroll enquiries professionally while maintaining strict confidentiality
Support HR administrative functions and other assigned duties when required
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business management or a related field
2-3 years and above experiences in payroll management
Excellent knowledge of Malaysia labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and functions for data analysis, calculations and reporting
