HR EXECUTIVE — RECRUITMENT & CANDIDATE COORDINATION

ABOUT US

We're hiring across almost every function at once right now — developers, designers, operations, security, content, social media — sometimes ten roles open at the same time. Right now, one person is running all of that screening alone.

THE ROLE

This role supports our HR function on the day-to-day recruitment grind — sending out screening questionnaires, following up with candidates, organising responses, and keeping every open role's pipeline moving instead of sitting in someone's inbox. If a good candidate goes cold because nobody followed up, that's this role's gap to close.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Send our standard screening questionnaire to applicants — experience, current company, current and expected CTC, notice period, skills and years, projects, problem-solving examples, resume and portfolio, best time to call

• Follow up with candidates who haven't replied, politely and persistently, until you get a real answer

• Organise every candidate's response and resume so the team can review them in minutes, not hours

• Schedule interview calls and coordinate calendars between candidates and the hiring team

• Keep a running, accurate tracker of every open role — how many applied, how many screened, how many scheduled, how many rejected and why

• Draft and send candidate communication — screening messages, interview invites, rejections — professionally and on time

• Post job openings across the platforms we use, and keep listings current as roles open and close

• Support onboarding paperwork and documentation for candidates who get selected

• Flag any pattern worth knowing — a role getting no real applicants, a question candidates keep struggling with

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Fresher to 1 year — internships in HR or recruitment count

• Clean, professional written English — you'll be messaging candidates directly, and it has to read right

• Genuinely organised — juggling several open roles and dozens of candidates without losing track of any of them

• Comfortable on the phone — calling and following up with candidates who haven't replied

• Basic comfort with spreadsheets or a simple tracker tool

• Reliable and consistent — candidates dropping through the cracks because of a missed follow-up is not acceptable

• A genuine interest in recruitment, not HR as a fallback choice

BONUS POINTS

• HR-related internship or coursework (BBA/MBA HR, certification, or similar)

• Experience with any applicant tracking or recruitment tool

• Comfortable screening technical or creative profiles, even without deep technical knowledge yourself

• Bilingual — Hindi and English both

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

• Not a strategic HR or policy role — that sits above this one

• Not a one-role-at-a-time job — several pipelines run in parallel, every day

• Not a role where candidates wait a week for a reply — follow-ups happen the same day
