Role -
To manage the full cycle Recruitment process, including postings job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes
To build and maintain a strong network of candidates for current and future job openings
To work closely with Hiring managers to understand the requirement and team needs
Provide Regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate pipeline and recruitment progress.
To ensure smooth onboarding process of new hires including Documentation.
