Handling Employee Grievances and Employee Engagement Activities
Statutory Compliance - PF, ESIC, PT, LWF
Coordination with Clients for Manpower Requirement
Preparing HR Reports - Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS
Handling Exit Formalities - Full & Final Settlement
Skills Required:
Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
Knowledge of MS Excel & HRMS Tools
Knowledge of Labour Laws
Presentable & Good Interpersonal Skills
Position: HR Executive - Operations ( HRA )
Qualification: MBA HR / Any Graduate with HR Knowledge
