HR Executive

Job Scope

• Partnering with business leaders to understand organizational goals and challenges and provide administrative support;
• Approving claims, leave, and management of HRIS;
• Preparing in monthly payroll and incentive payments;
• Responsible for employee documentation, details and all HR filing electronically;
• Update vendors on employee movements e.g. insurance;
• Prepare monthly employee reports and listings (internal and statutory);
• Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures;
• Collaborating with business leaders to support employee training and development initiatives;
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening and interviewing;
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, including health and safety standards;
• Manage HR budgets and expenses.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources or related field with at least 3 year of HR experience;
• Detailed-oriented and comfortable with numbers;
• Excellent written communication;
• Ability to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• A team player with initiative and who is able to work independently;
• Possess in-depth knowledge of statutory requirements (E.g. Employment Act, EPF Act, SOCSO, Income Tax Regulations);
• Working experience in F&B industry will be added advantage.
