Job Title: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening.
• Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage onboarding and employee induction.
• Address employee queries and HR-related concerns.
• Support employee engagement and retention activities.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Basic understanding of payroll, PF, ESIC and labour laws.
• MS Excel and HRMS knowledge.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
