HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including job posting, candidate screening, shortlisting, interviews and salary negotiation.
• Manage daily attendance, late coming, absenteeism, biometric registration and leave records.
• Handle employee joining, onboarding and exit formalities.
• Prepare and issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Salary Slips, ID Cards and other HR documents.
• Manage statutory compliance related to EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, LWF and LabourAnnual returns.
• Maintain employee records and ensure proper HR documentation.
• Manage employee uniforms, badges, safety shoes and other welfare requirements.
• Handle housekeeping and office stationery procurement and stock management.

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Knowledge of labour laws, EPF, ESIC and HR documentation.
• Good communication, coordination and MS Excel skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
