HR Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Source and identify suitable candidates through Naukri.com, job portals, databases, and social media platforms.  Search resumes using keywords, filters, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews.  Contact potential candidates and explain job opportunities.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.  Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Post job openings on Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate offer roll-out and joining formalities

Preferred candidate profile:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Comfortable with telephonic conversations and candidate interactions.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
• Bachelor's Degree any, freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior internship or training in HR/Recruitment will be an added advantage.
