Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Human Resources Executive to oversee key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance management at our factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Hiring:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled talent.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding, and ensure seamless integration of new hires.
• Employee Relations:
• Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts effectively.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
• Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Compliance Management:
• Ensure adherence to all labor laws, factory regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle audits and inspections.
• Stay updated with changes in compliance policies and adapt HR practices accordingly.
• HR Administration:
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations and support skill development programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,496.47 - ₹20,000.00 per month
