About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team on a full-time basis, based in our Hougang North-East Region office. As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day human resources operations and contributing to the development of HR initiatives that align with our company objectives. This position offers the opportunity to work across the full spectrum of HR functions, gaining valuable experience in a growing organisation whilst supporting our teams to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Interviewing

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies

• Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality

• Processing Monthly Payroll

• Work Pass & Statutory Applications

• Statutory Submissions

• Handling Daily Staff Matters & Employee Relations

• Assist in the organisation and coordination of HR events, training programmes and employee engagement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, regulations and company policies across all HR functions

• Collaborate with various departments to understand HR requirements and provide appropriate support

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR role or similar administrative HR position
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation and workplace regulations relevant to Singapore
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems (e.g: Million Payroll System)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organisation
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive employee information
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop in the HR field
• Experience with recruitment processes and employee relations is advantageous
