HR Executive

About the role

We are a growing marketing and events company in Singapore, providing on-ground marketing, roadshow, event and customer acquisition services for various brands. We are looking for a HR Executive / Recruitment Executive to support our recruitment activities and day-to-day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time, part-time and event-based positions, including Sales, Brand Ambassadors, Event Crew and office-based roles
• Post and manage job advertisements across platforms such as SEEK, FastJobs and MyCareersFuture
• Screen applications, contact candidates, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview arrangements
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview, training and onboarding process
• Build and maintain an active candidate database and talent pipeline
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation and personnel records
• Assist with attendance records, payroll preparation and general HR administration
• Work closely with the operations team to fulfil recruitment requirements for upcoming campaigns and events
• Continuously improve recruitment channels and processes to increase hiring efficiency and candidate show-up rates

About you

• Diploma or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR will be an advantage
• Experience in high-volume recruitment or hiring for Sales, Retail, Events or Part-Time positions is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, responsible and able to independently follow up on recruitment tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Fresh graduates with relevant experience or internships are welcome to apply
