Role Summary
Join Digital is looking for an HR Associate to support recruitment and help build a strong, performance-focused team. You will handle first-level candidate screening and coordinate with the HR Manager throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and shortlist CVs.
• Conduct first-level candidate interviews.
• Assess communication, confidence, attitude and basic suitability.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with the HR Manager.
• Maintain candidate records in OrangeHRM.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Coordinate offers and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment reports and hiring pipeline.
• Support the HR Manager in day-to-day recruitment activities.

• Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
• Experience with recruitment/HR is preferred.

Pay: ₹11,036.17 - ₹33,143.80 per month
