Experience: 1–2 Years in HR
Job Description:
- Handle recruitment, screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Manage employee attendance, leave and HR records.
- Coordinate payroll and maintain employee documentation.
- Handle HR letters, joining/exit formalities and employee queries.
- Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
- 1–2 years of HR experience.
- Good communication, coordination and MS Excel skills.
- Automobile/dealership experience is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
