HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for a HR Executive to support our day-to-day HR operations. This is a hands-on role covering recruitment, employee administration, payroll support, work pass matters and general HR activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations including employee records, leave, attendance and overtime
• Manage recruitment activities from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination and onboarding
• Handle MOM work pass applications, renewals, transfers and related foreign worker matters
• Assist with monthly payroll preparation, salary and allowance verification
• Administer employee benefits, insurance and staff welfare matters
• Maintain and update HR systems and employee records
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Prepare HR letters, contracts, notices and other documentation
• Liaise with employees, management, government agencies and external vendors
• Support general administrative duties and company activities as required

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
• Good knowledge of Singapore HR practices and employment requirements
• Experience with Infotech HRMS or other HR management systems is an advantage
• Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
