HR Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and talent management while developing essential professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with candidate sourcing and recruitment activities
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
• Maintain and update employee and candidate records
• Assist with onboarding and induction activities
• Support daily HR administrative tasks
• Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related activities
• Assist in employee engagement and team activities
• Prepare basic HR reports and documentation

Requirements

• Students or recent graduates from HR, MBA, BBA, or related disciplines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility
• Ability to work effectively in a team
