About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and interest in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and induction processes
• Coordinate employee engagement and HR activities
• Assist in attendance and leave management
• Maintain HR databases and update employee information
• Support payroll inputs and HR reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Handle employee queries and provide HR support

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of HR functions
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team player with good time management skills

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
