HR Executive | Manufacturing Plant*

Location: Ankleshwar (Gujarat)

Experience: *3–4 Years in Manufacturing/Plant HR*

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Handle day-to-day *Plant HR & IR activities*

• Manage *contract workers, attendance & manpower*

• Recruitment, onboarding & employee documentation

• Handle *labour compliance, PF, ESIC, PT & labour laws*

• Manage employee grievances, discipline & welfare activities

• Coordinate *payroll, leave & shift-related HR activities*

• Maintain HR records and MIS reports

*Requirements:*

• 3–4 years of relevant *Plant HR experience*

• Good knowledge of *labour laws & statutory compliance*

• Strong communication and employee-handling skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
