HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate hiring for shop-floor staff, workers, and support staff
• Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees
• Maintain manpower planning in coordination with production heads

Attendance & Payroll Support

• Monitor daily attendance, shift schedules, and leave records through biometric/HRMS systems
• Coordinate with payroll team for accurate salary processing, overtime, and incentive calculations
• Track contract labor attendance and billing

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Factories Act, ESI, PF, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act, and other applicable labor laws
• Maintain statutory registers and liaise with labor inspectors/government authorities
• Handle license renewals (factory license, contract labor license, etc.)

Employee Relations & Welfare

• Address grievances of workers and staff; escalate as needed
• Organize welfare activities (canteen, transport, medical camps, safety programs)
• Support disciplinary processes and investigations

HR Administration

• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR MIS reports
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation, and relieving letters
• Coordinate exit formalities, F&F settlement

Training & Development

• Assist in identifying training needs for factory staff
• Coordinate safety and skill-development training programs

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
