Location: Sector 49, Noida
Salary: ₹18,000 per month

NIED is looking for an HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, screening and interview coordination
• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Attendance and leave management
• Joining, onboarding and exit formalities
• Offer letters, appointment letters and other HR documentation
• Employee coordination and regular follow-ups
• Maintaining recruitment and HR trackers
• Supporting HR compliance and administrative activities

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management or related field
• Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Candidates with NGO/social sector experience will be preferred
• Freshers with relevant HR knowledge may also apply

Salary: ₹18,000/month
Location: Sector 49, Noida
Working Mode: Work from Office
