About the Role

Sigma Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a bold, proactive and hands-on HR Executive to manage the complete HR function across our two branches.

This is a generalist HR role with significant factory/workforce exposure. The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with employees and management, capable of handling HR independently, and willing to build and strengthen HR processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations across both branches.
• Handle recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
• Manage attendance, leave, shift/roster coordination and employee records.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, including attendance, LOP, overtime, incentives and other salary inputs.
• Ensure statutory and labour law compliance, including EPF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity and other applicable compliances.
• Handle factory/workforce HR, including employee relations, discipline, grievances and workforce issues.
• Coordinate performance appraisal, KPI/KRA tracking, confirmation, increments and promotions.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, forms, systems and processes as required.
• Drive employee engagement, welfare and HR initiatives across both branches.
• Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular reports for management.
• Manage exit formalities, clearance and full & final coordination.
• Work closely with department heads, supervisors and management to address people and operational requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, factory or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, attendance, leave and statutory compliance.
• Good understanding of employee relations and labour-related matters.
• Confident communicator with the ability to handle employees at different levels.
• Strong ownership, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Bold, practical and people-oriented, with the confidence to take decisions and handle situations independently.
• Comfortable working from the Chittur, Palakkad office.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
