Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations at the site.
• Handle gate pass management and maintain related records.
• Assist in billing activities and coordinate with the concerned teams.
• Manage and monitor manpower deployment as per site requirements.
• Maintain proper attendance, manpower, and HR-related documentation.
• Coordinate with site management and employees for day-to-day HR requirements.
• Support employee-related queries, joining, exit, and other HR processes.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the site team and Head Office.
• Handle other HR and administrative activities as assigned by management.

• Good knowledge of HR operations and site HR activities.
• Experience in manpower management and employee coordination.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
• Ability to independently manage site-level HR activities.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
