HR Executive

Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree or HR Intern

Job Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and salary-related documentation.
• Handle employee queries and support employee relations.
• Assist with performance appraisals, training, and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, MIS, and other HR documents.
• Ensure company HR policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist with statutory compliance and HR administration.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in HR.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• HRMS knowledge is an added advantage.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
