HR Executive

Working hours: Mondays - Fridays, 8:45AM - 6:30PM

Location: BKE Lunas (20 - 30 minutes away from Perai & Bukit Mertajam)

Brief job scope:

1. Assist with recruitment, including job postings, candidate interviews, & the selection process
2. Manage employee onboarding, HRIS registration, & preparation of offer letters
3. Prepare employee documentation, including confirmation letters, employment adjustments, warnings & other HR correspondence
4. Prepare HR memos, announcements, internal communications, & provide day-to-day HR administrative support
5. Generate & maintain HR & payroll reports, including leave reports
6. Assist with ISO-related processes & documentation, primarily within the HR Department
7. Manage other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned

Qualification / skills required:

• Degree in related field. Fresh graduates and interns are welcome to apply

• Strong attention to detail

• Familiar with HRMS (iFlexi, Autocount, Dynamod, etc)

• Proficient in advanced Excel formulas, data analysis, and spreadsheet automation

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Able to handle confidential information with integrity
