HR Executive

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Design job descriptions, post openings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and run induction programs for new hires.
• Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, manage grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• HR Administration & Records: Maintain accurate physical and digital employee files and update the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) database.
• Performance & Training: Assist with performance appraisal cycles and coordinate employee training and engagement activities.
• Compliance and audit: Ensure company policies align with local employment and labor regulations and coordinate customer audit work.
• Flexible and dynamic to handle 150 employees in 5 locations in Chennai, Ranipet and Sriperambudur with help of a team in each location.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
