HR Executive

· Handling recruitment - Scheduling interview, and conducting primary round for the candidates.

· Monitor daily staff attendance through biometric records and maintaining attendance registers and tracking late comings, early departures, and absenteeism.

· Maintain employee records and personal files.

· Coordinating with department in charges and handling employee leaves, shift scheduling, and duty rosters.

· Maintain hygiene, grooming, and behavior standards for all employees.

· Support management in implementing HR policies and operational improvements.

· Verify attendance data before processing monthly payroll.

· Maintain and collecting new joiners and existing employees documents as per company policy.

· Collecting documents for statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).

· Handle employee grievances, discipline, and performance monitoring.

· Organize staff welfare, motivation, and engagement activities.

· Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and scheduling.

· Manage resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.

· Maintain workplace safety, ethics, and a positive work culture.

· Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all HR related activities.

· Visiting branch wise Staff quarters and ensuring cleanliness of quarters.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
