HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and guide new hires through orientation and paperwork.
• Employee Records: Maintain accurate digital and physical personnel files, ensuring data privacy and organization.
• Payroll Support: Track monthly attendance, leave records, and work hours to pass clean data to the finance or payroll team.
• Employee Queries: Act as the first contact for staff questions regarding leave, company policies, and benefits.
• Engagement: Help plan team events, wellness activities, and office celebrations.

Adminstration

• Office Operations: Monitor office supplies, equipment inventory, and pantry stock, placing reorders as needed.
• Facility Management: Coordinate with vendors and maintenance staff for building upkeep, utilities, and safety.
• Vendor & Visitor Management: Greet guests, manage front-desk logs, and oversee service provider contracts.
• Compliance: Assist with administrative audits and ensure office rules follow local labor laws and safety regulations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
