Role & responsibilities

Offer Management & Pre-Boarding

• Offer Letter Generation: Prepare and release accurate offer letters and compensation breakups in coordination with the HR Manager and Finance.
• Negotiation Support: Assist the TA team in tracking offer statuses and following up on pending acceptances.
• Documentation: Collect, verify, and maintain digital records of all pre-employment documents (ID proofs, education certificates, relieving letters, payslips).
• Background Verification (BGV): Initiate and track background checks with third-party vendors; flag discrepancies to the HR Manager.

2. Talent Acquisition Support

• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews (telephonic, video, and in-person) between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendar invites and rescheduling.
• Candidate Communication: Act as the point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics, offer status, and joining queries.
• Data Management: Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers (MIS) with 100% accuracy.

3. HR Operations & Documentation

• HRIS Updates: Ensure all employee data (personal info, compensation, designation) is updated in the HR software.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure all hiring and onboarding activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Extreme Attention to Detail: You will be handling offer letters and legal documents; errors are not acceptable.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English (and local language if applicable).
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive salary and personal data with discretion.
