Hiring: HR Executive Officer
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing recruitment activities, coordinating workforce deployment, maintaining client relationships, and supporting day-to-day HR operations for both corporate and casual staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor attendance and workforce performance.
Prepare employment and deployment documents.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
Maintain employee and client records.
Handle staff inquiries and workplace issues.
Support payroll and timesheet administration.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Prepare recruitment and HR reports.
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years work experience in an HR role.
• Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
