HR Executive

We are looking for a responsible, organized and people-oriented HR Executive who can independently manage day-to-day HR activities and contribute to building a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, attendance and exit formalities.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment across technical, sales, support, marketing and other roles
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
• Manage employee joining, onboarding and HR documentation
• Maintain attendance, leave and employee records
• Handle day-to-day employee queries and HR coordination
• Support performance reviews, confirmations and employee engagement
• Assist with HR policies, training and employee development
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth HR operations
• Assist management with HR policies, employee communication and other administrative activities

What We Are Looking For

• Graduate in HR / Business Administration / Management or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Comfortable handling recruitment independently
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
