HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and on boarding of store employees.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, shift schedules, and HR records.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with store and department managers.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain good employee relations.
• Monitor staff discipline, punctuality, grooming, and workplace conduct.
• Support payroll processing, incentives, overtime, and other HR-related activities.
• Conduct employee orientation and training programs.
• Assist with performance evaluations and employee development.
• Manage resignation, clearance, and exit formalities.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour regulations.
• Prepare regular HR reports and maintain confidential employee records.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Degree/Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience: 1–3 years in HR, preferably in retail, textile, fashion, or hospitality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic HR processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
