Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations and support recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, HRMS, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a good understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR Operations.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Coordinate employee joining and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, documents, and HR databases.
• Manage attendance, leave, and HRMS activities.
• Coordinate with store/department teams for manpower requirements.
• Handle employee queries and support employee relations.
• Assist in performance appraisal, confirmation, and HR processes.
• Coordinate employee engagement and training activities.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS.
• Support payroll-related activities by providing accurate HR inputs.
• Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
• Perform other HR responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

• Graduate / MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
